Biscuits with cardamom and dried berries

Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, cardamom grains, a spoonful of seeds (any), dried cherries, Confectionery decor (liquid or loose) to choose from, baking powder

Cooking method:

Cut cherries into 3-4 pieces. If the berries are small, you can leave them whole. Hull the cardamom, chop the seeds with a crush. Seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, etc.) can also be crushed, or you can leave them whole.

Beat the egg and sugar with a whisk until white. Add flour, seeds, berries, mix well.

The dough is viscous, unpleasant to the touch. But don't let that bother you. The recipe involves spreading it on a lined or greased baking sheet with a spoon. It can be so. Then do it at some distance from one cookie to another. And you can, if more aesthetically pleasing, spread the dough into molds. So it will rise up a little, retaining its parameters. The taste will not change - personally verified!

Bake for 12 minutes at t 150-160. Remove, cool.

Since the dough was laid out with a spoon, the top of the products will turn out uneven. Gaps can be filled, like ours, with confectionery decor of different colors or jam. You can - with colored curly parcels, after lubricating the cookies with oil to stick. Or just sprinkle with powder.
