Today there will be... chili patties with chocolate! It's not a dessert, honestly, it's not a dessert. This is a free fantasy on the topic of chili with bitter chocolate - a very interesting and spicy dish.
Cutlets are good because they are prepared without sauce, well, fuss with them, after all, less than with a full-fledged chili. And the taste is obtained... Remember, Raikin said - amazing!
We take:
- 400 grams minced pork + beef
- 125 gr rice
- 25 gr dark chocolate
- 80 gr bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mustard (can be spicy)
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (quantity can be increased)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
How we cook:
Boil rice until al dente, mix with minced meat.
Bacon cut into small cubes, fry. We introduce into the minced meat, knead again. Next - rub the chocolate on a fine grater, knead with minced meat. Well, at the very end, salt, pour in the beaten egg, add chili flakes, mustard and mix-mix-mix again.
Finally, we can still beat the minced meat on a bowl - so that all the air from it is finally driven out.
We make small cutlets, fry them in a hot frying pan and serve with salad.
