Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 600 g
  • milk - 120 ml
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 100 g
  • semolina - 50 g
  • raisins - 50 g
  • dried apricots - 50 g
  • prunes - 50 g
  • dried cranberries - 50 g

Step by step recipe

1. We take 50 g of semolina and pour 120 ml of milk into it. Stir and leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

2. For the casserole, we need dried fruits. I took 50 g of dried apricots, prunes, raisins and cranberries. Wash all dried fruits and pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes.

3. Put 600 g of cottage cheese in a large bowl. I use 9% cottage cheese. We break 2 eggs, add 100 g of sugar, and pour out the swollen semolina with milk.
Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth. Also, cottage cheese can be grated through a sieve or chopped in a grinder.

4. Dried fruits have already been infused, we drain the water from them. Cut dried apricots and prunes into small pieces.

5. Put prepared cranberries, raisins, dried apricots and prunes in the curd mass.
We mix everything.

6. Grease the baking dish with butter. The size of my form is 16 by 23 cm.
We put everything in the form. Carefully level the dough.

7. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 35 minutes.

8. We take the finished casserole out of the oven and let it cool.
Cut the cooled casserole into portions and serve.

The cottage cheese casserole in the oven turned out to be fragrant and tasty. Dried fruits give it a special taste. It is prepared easily and quickly enough. It is great for everyday cooking.
