Today I want to invite you to make an amazingly delicious chocolate cake from cookies.
The cake is very quick and easy to prepare, no oven or mixer is required.
Your personal cooking time will take no more than 30 minutes, but you will have to wait for the cake to soak.
This recipe is for when you don't want to turn on the oven.

Let's cook
Pour into the pan
- 200 grams of sugar
- 60 grams of wheat flour
Stir until smooth.
- Pour in 3 eggs

- Add 600 grams of thick natural yogurt
If desired, yoghurt can be replaced with sour cream.
Stir until smooth.
We put to cook on the stove.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula.
When the mass begins to thicken, we change the spatula to a whisk, make the fire minimal, and constantly stirring, bring the mass to a boil.
Boil the boiled mass over low heat for about 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Add 20 grams or 4 tsp immediately to the hot custard base. tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Vanilla sugar can be added to taste
Stir until smooth.
- Add 100 grams of butter
Stir to dissolve the oil completely.
The cream is ready, we divide it visually into 3 parts.
- For the base, you need 400 grams of chocolate shortbread cookies
Place the first row of cookies on a plate.
I form a square measuring 18 by 18 centimeters.
Install a detachable mold with acetate film.
- Spread 1/3 of the cream on the cookies and smooth
It is not necessary to cool the cream, cover the cookies with hot cream.
- Put one layer of cookies on the cream
You don't need to soak the cookies.
- Cover the cookies with 1/3 of the cream
- So, alternating cookies and cream, we form a cake
The cake will consist of 4 layers of cookies and 3 layers of cream
- Lay out the cookies with the last layer
Put the cake aside and prepare the frosting
Pour into a saucepan
- 100 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of cocoa
Stir until smooth.
- Add 150 grams of thick natural yogurt. Optionally, yogurt can be replaced with sour cream
Stir until smooth and cook on the stove.
Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Bring to a boil, and boil the mass over low heat for about half a minute.
- Remove from heat and add 60 grams of butter to the hot mass
Stir until smooth.
The icing is ready, fill the cake with hot icing.
If air bubbles have formed on the surface of the glaze, they can be carefully pierced with a wooden stick.
We put the cake in the refrigerator to soak and stabilize for at least 5-6 hours, I usually put it away at night.
We release the finished cake from the mold and the acetate film.
You can decorate the cake as you wish.
The sides of the cake can be sprinkled with chopped nuts or cookies, I trim the edges.
