When I am sick, I have two extremes:
- did not want to eat,
- I want to eat, but I do not know what is there to eat.
Right now I have such a state that I always want to eat, but I can not understand what the body requires. I Keep, keep to the deficit.
Breakfast today I prepared myself in 4 sets, can you imagine?)
Well, there should be time for 3 sandwiches? And it took me 30 minutes -So where such weakness overcame that had something to sit, then lie down.
But I still had breakfast.
Breakfast - sandwiches for wholemeal bread (60 g) with curd cheese (25 g), fish pate (40 g) and caviar carp (20 g).
Green tea with jasmine over breakfast - always.
Breakfast is turned on 370 kcal.
By the way, it is the second time I add bran bread, I really like and get more useful bread.
That's all people think that work at home - it's wonderful. You are sitting at home, doing nothing, and even eat the whole day. It is true why then the money is dropped, it is not clear.
Sick is not sick, and it is necessary to finish the job, even though I can afford to short breaks and holidays.
At the snack I have 180 g of mango - 120 kcal. Someone is eating candy and cakes, and I'm a mango.
During the day, with tea, I ate more than 40 grams of dried peach and 20 grams of cashew nuts - only 230 kcal.
When I sit at the computer, I always standing next to green tea, but to him some dried fruit or chocolate 75% less than in '20 To recharge the brain so to speak.
For lunch I had the cheese soup (450 g) - 270 kcal.
By evening, I gathered all my strength and made dinner - chicken breast under fur coat "la pizza" has turned out to taste like meat pizza, but without the test.
On more than me is not enough.
Dinner chicken breast under pickles, cherry tomatoes and cheese (180 g as a finished product) - 270 kcal.
As a result of the day came in 1260 kcal.
BZHU: B - 80, M - 57, U - 92.
Perhaps a few days I will refrain from any exercise (this does not have the strength) and skin care treatments.
As for the skin. To be honest, persistent questions - and that skin, to Delhi excess skin and so on - just tired.
