Good day and delicious weight loss!

Well, 2 weeks have passed since I decided that it was enough to rest and it's time to take on the remaining excess fat.

2 weeks ago my weight was 71.8 kg. The article with the last checkweighing with you - here, you can see and remember your results😉.

During this time, it took me 800 g.

This is a great result for me! Excellent not in terms of what I think a plumb line of 800 g is good in 2 weeks. But because it exists at all.

Let me remind you that for a long time I adhered to a calorie intake of 1300 kcal, which I came to through the mistake of underestimating the daily calorie intake.

At one time, I reached 1100-1200 kcal per day and the weight stopped leaving. Like many people, it seemed to me that the fewer calories, the better. But this is not the case.

You can drive the body into a stress mode in which it simply refuses to give up its reserves and, in order to survive, will slow down and turn off functions that are not necessary in its opinion in this situation.

I tried to raise the calorie intake, for a long time the weight stood. But to be honest, I could not stand it and decided that I would continue to lose weight on the calorie from which the weight would start to go away again. This turned out to be 1300 kcal.

And so 2 months ago I decided to take a break and increase my daily calorie intake a little. On average, I got 1450 kcal per day. It is also impossible to sharply increase immediately, you do not know how the body will react to this. And plus to 1450 kcal - loading days, cheat meals, which gave their calories and, as a result, increased the average calorie intake.

For the last 2 weeks, I tried to stick to an average of 1400 kcal per day. I wanted to see if I had pumped my metabolism even a little bit. And I hope she shook it, since the weight began to go to 1400 kcal.

My plan is to continue sticking to 1400 calories and beyond, in order to slowly part with a few extra pounds.

Don't make my mistakes! Do not underestimate your daily calorie intake to lose weight faster. Faster doesn't mean better. Think about the consequences.

And yes, now I am switching from the annoying figure of minus 60 kg to the no less annoying one - minus 61!

May 2018 - March 2019-August 2019-May 2020.

And I'll go to my menu and tell you how my day went.

Today I woke up with difficulty, I don't even know why. And with the same difficulty I figured out what I would eat for breakfast. Here I was sitting in the kitchen, looking at the refrigerator and for 10 minutes thinking about what to eat. Apparently she did not wake up completely.

Pinka gave me an understanding that time is ticking and it’s time for me to start work, but I hadn’t had breakfast yet.

And immediately the idea was born to cook a cheese cake with herbs - that's such a miraculous kick п

I needed 30 g of kefir, 1 egg and 30 g of rice flour. I added another pinch of salt and baking powder and beat the dough in a blender. Grated 50 g of cheese, chopped dill with parsley and added them to the dough. Fried in a non-stick frying pan without oil on both sides over medium heat.

Breakfast came out on 405 kcal.

After breakfast I walked to the post office on business and on the way back I went to the store.

It's hot here. And stuffy, apparently because of the rains. It's better at home than in the sun🤣.

I want to swim, but I have to work. Yes, and then it unexpectedly happened that my husband was going on vacation from the next weeks - that's all together and we will go swimming - everything is more fun.

At home I had a choice - to eat ice cream or baskets with berries for a snack in the evening.

But as you understand - this is ice cream, I can eat it. And the baskets still need to be prepared, you never know what happens and I will not cook. The choice fell on chocolate ice cream (100 g) - 235 kcal

For lunch, I boiled young potatoes (180 g) and ate cod (180 g) with potatoes.

The cod was fried the other day in a little butter in a whole grain breading for a family. But I didn't want to cook anything for myself, so I took off the breading as best I could and wrote down KBZHU from the counter, choosing "fried cod". That's how I got lazy.

And at lunch there was 120 g of cucumber. Everything worked out 390 kcal.

For dinner - the remaining 100 g of minced chicken, fried with tomato (100 g) and lightly salted cucumber (60 g), to which 130 g of boiled buckwheat was added.

It turned out to be a dinner for 320 kcal.

In addition, during the day I ate literally 10 g of hazelnuts - 70 kcal.

In total, 1420 kcal per day.

I don’t forget about water and I will remind you. The recommended water intake for a healthy person is 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight. In hot weather, you need to drink a little more than you usually drink.
