If you like to eat uncontrollably and high in calories, and then starve on a diet for a period of time, this is your choice. But we must understand that our health does not improve with this way of life.

I made a choice for myself and my choice led me to harmony, helped me become lighter by 63 kilograms, find lightness, improve my health and change my lifestyle.

My Monday breakfast is very satisfying. This is a ham cheesecake. I woke up very early after a well-spent weekend (and thanks to the sun for that). It seems that they had a rest on weekends quite actively, but there was no fatigue.

It was time to prepare a delicious breakfast in the morning, and not just cut sandwiches.

To make a cheese tortilla with ham, this time I use 35 g of sour cream 15%, an egg, 20 g of whole grain rice flour, 35 g of cheese, 60 g of ham, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

I mixed everything and fried it with several zips of oil from a spray bottle (this is less than 2 g of oil).

Breakfast came out on 445 kcal.

During a break from work, I had a snack with an apple (160 g) and drank tea with marshmallows (30 g) - 190 kcal.

For lunch, I had stewed potatoes with chicken breast with the addition of tomato sauce and sour cream.

A plate of stewed potatoes with breast (400 g - weight with broth) came out on 345 kcal.

For dinner, I baked a chicken breast (160 g weight of my portion raw), which I marinated in soy sauce, mustard, black pepper and garlic in advance for lunch.

She also quickly stewed the vegetable mixture (200 g), to which she added 10 g of butter. In fact, I simply defrosted the frozen vegetable mixture in a pan, salted and pepper, and at the very end added butter.

Dinner for 430 kcal.

And with tea I ate oatmeal cookies (60 g) - 140 kcal. Tea with cookies was 3 hours before bedtime.

The calorie content of the diet was 1550 kcal. B - 118, F - 55, U - 146.

In addition to controlling nutrition by counting calories, we help our body and observe the drinking regime, and also do not forget at least about physical education for body tone.

For me, the choice between starvation diets and calorie counting is obvious. Moreover, not everything is as complicated as it seems. You just need a desire to change your life and 15 minutes a day to calculate the diet for the day.

And by starting to cook less high-calorie meals (but no less tasty), you will help not only yourself, but also your family to change for the better and maintain health.

Of course, you can do nothing at all and put up with being overweight. And never feel lightness, desire to live actively, walk a lot, ride a bicycle, scooter, enjoy every day, try on new beautiful clothes - the one that you like, not the hoodies that fit, do not be ashamed of yourself in public and be confident in itself.
