Ingredients:

2. Pumpkin seeds (shelled)

3. Walnut

4. Sunflower (can not)

5. Juice of any fruit (can not)

Cooking method

Take Hercules (1 cup), soaked it in cold water in a container and put in the refrigerator overnight.

Pumpkin seed and soaked separately (one-third cup of green seeds).
