I would like to offer you another recipe for our favorite chicken breast.
We need:
- 1 large chicken breast (about 500g)
- - frozen green beans (200 g)
- - mushrooms (I champignons 200 g)
- small onion,
- cream 10% (30 g),
- salt, pepper, garlic - to taste,
- a teaspoon of olive oil (5g).
preparation:
Simply nowhere!
Wash the chicken breast and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Heat the frying pan, drip olive oil and fry the onions (as always, does not stick to add a little bit of water).
Bow bring to semireadiness (preferably to vodichka already vaporized excess), salt and pepper, add dry garlic - all at once gives its flavor on a hot pan, and only then add the chicken breast.
Sliced mushrooms (not shallow plates) and add to the chicken. Bring to a half-chicken and emptying the frozen green beans.
Stir, cover with a lid and simmer. If necessary, add water to not burnt.
When the chicken breast and vegetables are almost ready to pour the cream on low heat we bring nearly cream to a simmer.
All is ready!
