Well, today my menu is as follows.
Breakfast - oat slice of banana cake with cherries (75gr) and a sandwich on rye bread (30 g), tomatoes (15 g) and homemade chicken sausage (70 g).
Just happened to breakfast 300 kcal.
Green tea with jasmine and a capsule of omega - 3 have finished my breakfast.

My snack was at work.
Apple (210 g) and green tea with a piece of chocolate 75% (15 g).
Undershot cost me 200 kcal.
Yesterday I cooked buckwheat garnish home, and now I have it for lunch. For buckwheat I made gravy from beef with vegetables (carrot, onion, tomato) - all extinguished adding tomato paste, black pepper, salt, garlic, nutmeg, allspice, and leafs. And delicious sauce is ready!
For lunch boiled buckwheat (150 g as a finished product) and the sauce (170 g).
Lunch came to 300 kcal.
After lunch again sedentary work at the computer, but what to do?
My dinner consisted of omelet from two eggs with slices of homemade chicken sausage and tomatoes.
Total dinner turned 300kcal.
Wa few hours before going to bed, I drank 150 grams of yogurt - 90 kcal.
And the day came 1190 kcal.

On this day, I'm a little gleaning proteins to their standards, not much, but still. In this case, carbohydrates, I almost never gets back to normal is not somewhere in the 40-50 grams of position (Read application) 180 g.
