A very simple recipe that you will love and come in handy.
Ingredients:
0.5 l of fatty kefir
0.5 l fermented baked milk
250 gr. 20% sour cream
0.5 tsp l. coarse salt
How to cook:
1. Combine fermented baked milk, kefir and sour cream at room temperature in a large saucepan. Stir with a fork until smooth, add salt and leave for 30 minutes.
You can warm it up a little.
2. Pour the resulting mass into a colander lined with 2-3 layers of new gauze or one new waffle kitchen towel. You do not need to tie the edges and put on the milk mixture too.
3. Cover the structure with a plate or a lid on top and put it in the refrigerator for a day or even better for 1.5 days.
That's all. Delicious homemade cheese - ready!
It can be spread over bread or crackers. Filling tartlets and profiteroles. And if the workpiece is not salted, then it is very cool to make a cheesecake from such cheese or even something similar to a tiramisu dessert.
Important! Put the cheese in a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
