The secret of success is simple - control of nutrition by counting KBZhU.

And everything is not as difficult and tedious as it seems at first glance. But you have to work hard.

For some reason, many believe that excess weight should go away as easily as it easily accumulates on barrels. After all, in order to build up fat reserves, we do nothing special, we just eat a lot and high in calories, enjoying the food. What is difficult here. Nothing!

But judging by the comments that I sometimes read, it seems that some are waiting for a magic pill that will help restore youth and harmony at once. And just spending 15 minutes a day to calculate the calorie content of food for the day turns out to be very difficult, everyone immediately becomes busy workers with a 25-hour working day.

During the two and a half years that I have been monitoring nutrition by counting calories, I have identified for myself the main points of losing weight and maintaining harmony:

  • needs a calorie deficit to lose weight,
  • a balance of BJU is needed in order to maintain and increase health,
  • you need at least physical education to keep your muscles in good shape,
  • a drinking regimen is necessary so that there is no shortage of water in the body and therefore edema,
  • constant monitoring of nutrition is necessary in order not to return all the lost pounds.

Calorie counting and BJU help me control nutrition, balance the diet, lose weight and maintain weight:

As an example of calculating KBZHU, I will give my menu.

Sunday breakfast - cheesecake or very lazy khachapuri, which becomes a traditional breakfast for the whole family on a weekend.

My cheese cake turned out to be 380 kcal. I drank green tea with a flat cake. The result was a delicious, hearty breakfast, and besides, I got a lot of protein, which is so difficult for many to get.

On Saturday I took a day off. We went to the clinic, I hope for the last procedure and then only control, then we stopped by the grocery store and bought 3 glass balls for the Christmas tree. We realized that no one is encroaching on our beautiful New Year tree, and even Buska is not interested in it, which means we can start collecting balls.

Arriving home on Saturday, I immediately hung up new balloons and took a photo:

And on Saturday, I arranged a loading day for myself and even ate belyashi for lunch and did not count anything - I had a full rest.

But on Sunday, the power control and balance of the BJU again.

Recently, I was taking apart the freezer and took out a piece of chum, which I rinsed. And today I decided to take a sample. I was wondering what happened to my taste, because I added spices to my usual pickling recipe - these are garlic, dry dill and cardamom. It turned out delicious!

Snack - green tea with a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (30 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and 50 g of salted chum salmon. Happened 220 kcal.

Today I made cheese soup for lunch, which should be enough for us for a few days.

Lunch - a plate of cheese soup (40 g) - 310 kcal.

After lunch today I just relaxed, watched a movie, drank tea, sometimes hung out here in the comments.

The year is coming to an end, there is very little left and 2020 will leave us and it seems that the strength is also running out.

I'm really looking forward to the New Year holidays, I look at photographs of New Year's Moscow, festively decorated, and show them to my husband - I'm preparing moral for long New Year walks.

I was lazy all Sunday, I didn't even want to cook anything, although I love to cook. But not in those moments when there is no mood - at such moments and the dishes turn out to be some ordinary, and not those about which they say - thank you, it was very tasty.

But Sunday dinner must be cooked. For dinner, I fried sea bass fillets in a little oil, boiled potatoes and made a vegetable salad.

Dinner - fried perch (150 g - raw weight), 120 g of boiled potatoes and 150 g of salad (tomato, cucumber, bell pepper), seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil (about 2 g).

Happened for dinner 420 kcal.

During the day, I ate 20 g of cashew nuts - 130 kcal.

The result of the day - K 1460, B - 115, F - 68, U - 90.

In addition to the calorie deficit and the balance of BJU (which is necessary for the quality of the body and well-being), we observe the drinking regime and at least do physical education. And we will be happyπŸ˜‰

Sport is not the most important thing in losing weight, especially with a weight of more than 100 kg you need to be smart about physical activity, but physical education, feasible exercises in the morning is an excellent help to the deficit calories.

Walking is the most useful thing that can be with a weight of 100 + kg, in my opinion. The less weight becomes, the more you can connect physical activity. This is exactly what I did.

My experience is proof that you can lose weight without working out in the gym, because 80% of success in losing weight is nutritional control and a calorie deficit.
