Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share with you a recipe for a roll in a pan in a matter of minutes. It is incredibly tasty and cooks quickly and easily: I mix everything in the pan. I serve it for breakfast or just for tea, or I cook it when you need to quickly cook something tasty.
***************************
Recipe:
cottage cheese -200g
eggs -3 pcs.
sugar -2 tbsp
vanillin - to taste
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
flour -3 tbsp. (with a slide)
butter -20g (or vegetable)
jam - 4 tablespoons
COOKING METHOD
Put 200 grams of cottage cheese of any fat content in a bowl, break 3 eggs, add 2 tbsp. sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and punch everything with a blender until smooth.
Now add 3 tbsp. flour with a slide and half a tsp. baking powder. Mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Melt 20 grams of butter in the microwave, you can replace the butter with vegetable.
Pour the butter into the dough and mix again, the dough is ready. Let's divide it into 2 equal parts.
We take a frying pan from me with a diameter of 26 cm, pour a little vegetable oil, pour half of the dough, level with a spatula, close the lid and cook on low heat under the lid for 5 minutes, then turn over and cook another 1 just a minute. Remove from heat and fry the next cake.
Let the cakes cool slightly until they are warm. Lubricate with jam, I have sour apricot jam. We wrap 2 cakes in one roll. You can make 2 rolls or, if you wish, you can not wrap the roll, but cut it like a cake.
The roll is ready, it keeps its shape well and the cakes are quite elastic.
