Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a cake recipe with a lot of filling. By the way, absolutely any cabbage, eggs, mushrooms, meat can be filled here, I have apple today. The main thing here is an interesting design, which will allow you to make pies of any shape, square, circle, or just like 3 coal pies.

Recipe:

for the test:

mineral water (milk or kefir) -200ml

sugar -2 tbsp

salt -1 / 2 tsp.

dry yeast -7g (or raw 14g)

vegetable oil -60ml

flour -300-350g

For filling:

apples -1kg

lemon juice -2-3 tbsp.

sugar -2 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

Any dough you love can be prepared, I offer today with mineral water. Pour 200 ml of mineral water into a deep bowl, the water can be replaced with milk or kefir.
Add 2 tbsp. sugar, 7 grams of dry yeast, half a tsp. salt. Mix and add sifted flour, 300-350 grams, pour 60 ml of vegetable oil in the middle of the batch. First, knead the dough in a bowl, then put it on the table and continue to knead it. The dough should be elastic and not sticky to your hands. We put away for the rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm place.

During this time, we will prepare the filling, I have an apple one today. Peel 1 kg apples. Rub on a coarse grater, chop finely.
We take a frying pan, put apples and pour 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice. mix and close the lid, simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Let's steam the apples.

Now add sugar 2 tablespoons, if you like sweeter add more and a small piece of butter 30 grams, mix and fry until the liquid evaporates for another 5 minutes.
The filling is ready, let it cool.
Put the matched dough on the table and knead it.
Give 7-10 pieces into pieces, depending on what size you want to get the pies.
We take one bun, roll it into a layer, make cuts 5-6 pcs on one half.

Then cover with the second half and press the edges lightly.

put the filling in the middle, close first with one side, then with the second, and pinch,

you should get such a triangle.

We take the form, I will make a round pie today, grease the form with butter, I have a non-stick form from the company taller, you can take a rectangular form and lay out the pie in a rectangular form. Or just bake them as separate patties.

We give the cake to distance for 10-15 minutes, grease with yolk, I sprinkled the edge with poppy seeds.
We put in a cold oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, guided by your oven.


We immediately take the finished cake out of the mold, cover it with a towel and let it cool completely. Then we serve.
