New Year 2019 is the year of the pig! Therefore, we suggest preparing you a PIGLET salad with kiwi. Light and tasty, you will appreciate it and your guests too. And the kiwi in the composition gives it a special flavor.
Ingredients
- 6 pcs Chicken egg -
- 1 pc Cucumber -
- 300 gr Cooked sausage -
- 1 ban Corn -
- 3 pcs Kiwi -
- 2 pcs Olives
- Mayonnaise
- Salt pepper
Steps
We will make a patch of sausage, ears and a tail. Cut the sausage into small cubes.
We do the same with a cucumber. Next, we cut the eggs. Add salt and pepper. A little corn. Next, mayonnaise and mix everything.
To decorate, cut one kiwi in half and then into thin plastics.
We spread half of the salad on a platter. Cut the remaining kiwi into cubes and spread on the salad in one layer. Top with the second piece of salad.
We form an oval shape with our hands. Cover the top tightly with corn. Decorate the bottom with our kiwi plastics.
We put the piglet, ears and tail. Let's make eyes out of olives. Salad ready.
