Who for the first time on my channel?
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

For breakfast, I have millet porridge (300 grams) milk (milk 1 to 2 diluted with water). The porridge add a pinch of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon, a bag of sugar substitute. The result was no porridge, and straight delicious and delicate dessert).

A little later, at work, I drank green tea with a sandwich on whole wheat bread (30 g) with caviar carp (20 g) and 5 grams of butter.

Total for breakfast I got 470 kcal.

That's how I now cast from sweet to salty porridge calf.

At breakfast, I did not forget to take vitamins.

At the snack I had an apple (170 g), which I took with me when I traveled on business for long.

30 g bran measured out for the whole day. I eat them before eating and just as suddenly excite your appetite. Be sure to wash down with water bran.

Returning home, I made myself a little walk from the pedestrian entering the store. Today I did not have a particular physical activity (either cycling or walking purposeful), because decided a little walk. Even a walk in the evening in question remained, much to the work done before the weekend.

For lunch I bulgur with vegetables, cooked yesterday, and 100 g of turkey breast fried in a nonstick frying pan without oil.

Lunch turned on 380 kcal.

At dinner, quickly fry pollock. Statement on the oil drop on the nonstick pan (150 g). And made salad - tomato (120 g), cucumber (110 g), filled with 10% cream (20 g).

Dinner turned on 250 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1260 kcal.

Rate of water drunk (30 ml per kilogram of body weight).
