My secret is that for the preparation of these oladushek I use two kinds of potatoes - raw and cooked. Raw potatoes need about 300 g, and cooked less - 200 grams. And he and the other potatoes rubbed on a coarse grater.
Was added 4 tablespoons of milk 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Then put one medium onion, grated or finely chopped with a knife. Additionally you can add a little dill or chives, and a couple of garlic cloves.
Now put 3-4 tablespoons of flour, stir, and the dough is ready for oladushek - fry them in vegetable oil on both sides.
Separately, prepare the stuffing. In vegetable oil fry one bulb, then add to it chopped or grated sausage. Fry all together a couple of minutes. Then, remove from the plate, spread the filling into the bowl and to add the sausage and onions grated cheese (100-150gr). Mix, filling is ready.
