Ingredients for the Stuffing:
White cabbage
eggs
Sour cream
Mayonnaise
Cheese
Flour
Potato starch
Baking powder

300-350 grams of cabbage finely shinkuem knife. It is not necessary to pinch and grind hands, as a salad. Subject to this form.
For the cabbage add herbs to taste, you can put a small onion, finely chopped. Stir and lay the cabbage in a baking dish. The bottom of the rim and forms must be pre-oiled.
By the way, this casserole can be prepared with minced meat. It must first be a little fry in a pan with onions and then mix with cabbage.
Now prepare the dough for casseroles. Mix in a bowl 3 eggs, salt to taste, a pinch of black pepper, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir well put half a teaspoon of baking powder and the same amount of potato starch.
Then put 3-4 tablespoons flour mixed with 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, and a dough fill cabbage. Sprinkle grated cheese (about 50-70 g) and put in the oven.
