I propose to bake a very tasty peanut cookie according to my recipe. Cookies are incredibly tasty, crispy and fragrant. It leaves no one indifferent. Disappears before our eyes, it is simply impossible to stop. Peanuts for cookies are better to fry a little in a dry frying pan and peel. Or buy already peeled and fried, as I do. Rinse dried apricots before cooking. Cookies are very easy to prepare and the products are simple, and the result will win you over.

NUT COOKIES. TASTY, CRISPY AND FRAGRANT

Ingredients: dried apricots, peanuts, butter, sugar, chicken egg, flour, cinnamon, vanilla sugar (I take 0.5 tsp. l. vanilla sugar Oetker and 0.5 h. l. vanillin-intensive Dr. Oetker), salt, baking powder, great mood as always!!!

Cooking method:

Mix soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and salt until smooth.

Pour the peanuts into the blender bowl. washed dried apricots and cinnamon, grind into small crumbs.

Mix butter and nut mass.

In the resulting mixture, sift flour with baking powder.

Stir until the flour is incorporated. As soon as dry flour disappears, stop stirring.

Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees and take the dough out of the refrigerator.

We form cookies of any shape and in any way with a thickness of 3-4 mm. You can see my method on my youtube channel.

We bake 13-14 minutes. at a temperature of 200 degrees, heating mode: top + bottom, no convection.

Remove from the oven and let cool until the cookies get crispy and crumbly.
