Whole wheat focaccia with garlic and rosemary

Ingredients: whole grain flour, wheat flour, dry yeast, salt, olive oil, water, garlic, rosemary, sugar

Cooking method:

Prepare garlic butter. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic, fry until golden brown. Strain garlic with oil.

Make a dough: yeast + sugar + a spoonful of flour + warm water (not hotter than 40 g). Before the formation of the "hat"

Mix flour (sifted) + dough + garlic oil (leave a couple of spoons for greasing the focaccia) + salt

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a clean bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, form two cakes, transfer to a baking sheet covered with parchment, make indentations with your fingertips.

Brush with garlic oil, sprinkle with fried garlic, finely chopped rosemary and coarse sea salt.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown at 180 gr.
