Dessert Trifle "Snickers". It turns out not just tasty, but very very tasty. If you have not yet decided that you are going to cook sweets for Valentine's Day and February 23rd, I recommend making such a dessert. My husband is just crazy about such a dessert, so I decided to cook such a dessert for February 23rd.
By the way, you can do it in portions.

For biscuit:
Eggs -2 pcs
Butter -60 g
Vegetable oil -60ml
Milk -280ml
Vinegar 9% -1 tbsp
Flour -250g
Soda -1.5 tsp.
Salt -1 / 3 tsp.
Sugar -200g
Cocoa powder -40 g
For caramel:
Sugar -225g
Butter -50g
Cream 10-33% -150ml
For ganache:
Chocolate -200g
Cream 20-33% -200ml
For the cream:
Cream -350g
Powdered sugar -2 tbsp. (or to taste)
Roasted salted peanuts -150g
COOKING METHOD
First, let's make a chocolate sponge cake.
Put 250 grams of flour in a bowl, add 40 grams of cocoa powder, 200 grams of sugar. 60 ml of vegetable oil, 60 grams of melted butter.
We break 2 eggs, add 1/3 tsp. salt, 1.5 tsp. soda, mix everything well until smooth. We do not have a goal of whipping, the main thing is that everything is mixed. Now we must add 1 tbsp. 9% vinegar, so that the soda added to the dough goes out, vinegar can be replaced with lemon juice or citric acid. Mix everything again.
We take a mold from me with a diameter of 24 cm, grease with oil, pour the dough, evenly distribute and put in the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, navigate by your oven.
We fry 150 grams of peeled peanuts in a pan, you can take ready-made salted roasted peanuts.
Let's make caramel. Pour 225 grams of sugar into the pan, level it out and in no case do not interfere at this stage, medium heat, at the same time heat 150 ml until the cream is hot, I have a fat content of 20%, you can take 10%, we are waiting for the sugar to start melting, now we are just starting mix. As the sugar is completely melted, pour in the hot cream, mix intensively with a whisk to achieve a homogeneous mass. At this point, the caramel will foam heavily, it is better to remove the pan from the heat and stir. Now add 50 grams of butter, as the butter melts, remove the caramel and let it cool to a warm state at room temperature.
While the caramel is cooking, melt the chocolate. We put 200 grams of chocolate in the bowl. Today I take dark chocolate, you can take milk or even take with nuts.
Pour the cream in my 20% fat, add 200 ml, if the finished chocolate is too thick, you can add more milk in the process.
Let's prepare the cream:
We put the cream for whipping with a fat content of at least 33%, I have homemade cream, add powdered sugar to taste, I don't like too much sweetness, so I add only 2 tablespoons. Whisk until soft peaks.
We take a cooled biscuit, this is how it turns out, I like that it already turns out to be wet by itself and does not even require additional impregnation.
We turn the biscuit into crumbs.
We take one large form or can be made in bowls to serve in portions to the festive table.
We put part of the biscuit crumbs on the bottom, level them. Put in half of the cream, it is best to do this with a bag or pastry bag, distribute evenly, Now put half of the caramel. Sprinkle with nuts.
Sprinkle with the other half of the crumbs. Lubricate with cream, put caramel and nuts and pour melted chocolate and cream on top. We remove in
refrigerator so that the dessert is soaked and infused. Decorate as desired, I decorated with grated chocolate.
Now we get it out and you can start tasting, I recommend it very tasty.
Cream from cream can be replaced with sour cream, or any of your favorite cream.

I had a gas oven for a long time and I had to adapt to it, the bottom of the baked goods always burned, and the top and middle were not baked to solve this the problem I had to pour a small baking sheet with water and put it in the oven at the very bottom, it took more time to bake, but in the end everything it worked.
