I was even surprised myself. Working! The dough turned out very tasty!

Yesterday I made an announcement for a new video and published a photo where an ordinary chicken egg stands vertically on the table. I was very surprised that almost no one paid attention to the position of the egg.

And only one subscriber tried to repeat:

The main thing is to calm down. And everything will work out.

My husband learned this "secret" from the chef from the pizzeria (he learned it long ago). And today I suddenly remembered and decided to "check" on me. I honestly thought he was joking. But I tried. And I was very surprised when, after about 30 seconds, the egg was on the table!

And yes, indeed, today I got a very tasty dough! And delicious pizza! In the video, I showed three recipes for pizza dough. Take a look - you will like it.

And now Pizza recipe (the most delicious and very simple). This is the recipe that I use for making pizza dough most often.

Sift 600 g of flour into a bowl. I add salt, sugar and dry yeast. I mix dry ingredients. I take yeast that is added directly to the flour. If there are none, then I dissolve the yeast in warm milk.

I heat the milk to a temperature of 30-35 degrees. I pour it into the flour. There is also vegetable oil. I knead the dough. I add about 50-70 g of flour more.

RECIPE:

• Flour - 650-700 g
• Milk - 0.5 l
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.

The dough is very sticky. But I don't add more flour. I grease my hands with butter and divide the dough into two parts (preferably in half).

I put each half in a bag and put the bags with the dough in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. But you can make the dough in the evening. And even if the dough is left in the refrigerator for 12 hours, it will not oxyderate and the pizza will be delicious))

I spread the dough on a board (add a little flour), knead it lightly, divide it into 2 parts, roll it into a ball and roll it out.
