Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment56kg.

Why did I choose a calorie deficit? Because, in my opinion, at the moment - this is one of gentle and effective weight loss methods. And more and more people think that one of the surest methods.

Slowly, keeping the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (which allows you to saturate the body adequately it needs substance), it is the slimming process.

At the same time, more than a year and a half I have not had a single failure. And you know why? On the shortage of calories possible and even necessary practice chit nice - meals that you can eat any meal, including including a piece of cake or your favorite cakes or grilled steak - all the things that you did not allow yourself within week. All this makes it a kind of psychological relief, and does not break.

And lately I've been practicing all day boot - all day does not count calories and eat what I want, but within reasonable limits.

And I keep stroynet.

Sunday I spent the whole day at home.

First did not want to go anywhere with a swollen and not healed after tattooing for centuries. And secondly, I just wanted to stay home and relax.

Although traditionally, the lady rest in my little work. The blog has become the same work. I know that many are waiting for the article, and therefore my responsibility does not give me filonit.

During the day I was engaged in household chores, watched a movie, and all this alternated work on a computer - to write new recipes and here this article.

For breakfast, I have today sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with curd cheese (20 g), carp caviar (20 g) and chicken ham with good composition (60 g), and all this under the green tea with jasmine. I have breakfast 315 kcal.

Afternoon at the snack was 25 g cashew nuts - 160 kcal.

At the family dinner baked turkey drumstick with spices, potatoes and quinces in the oven.

The result I have lunch: 150 g of roasted turkey drumsticks, 120 g baked potato and 200 g (weighed raw) quince. As well as a few cherry tomatoes.

Total for lunch - 380 kcal.

After dinner was held for about an hour and I was going to drink green tea, but I so wanted something salty that I smeared amaranth bread curd cheese (10 g) and carp caviar (20 g). 1 was even snack on 90 kcal.

For dinner I cooked curd pudding with cranberries (400 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, sahzam to taste, 50 g of rice flour and 30 g of dried cranberries)

Curd casserole with dried cranberries - 200 g - 315 kcal.

In the end, the day was at 1270 calories.
