Step by step recipe
1. First, fry the egg pancakes. Break one egg into a bowl and beat a little with a whisk.
2. Pour the beaten egg into a hot frying pan with a little sunflower oil.
Spread the egg immediately over the entire surface of the pan.
As soon as the egg pancake has grabbed a little, turn it over to the other side.
3. Transfer the finished pancake to a plate. Fry all three eggs one at a time.
4. While the egg pancakes are cooling, prepare the filling.
Three cheese on a coarse grater.

5. Grind a small bunch of dill.
Carefully unfold each crab stick.
