Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share a recipe for the "Rivers of Milk" cake. Such a cake is prepared without a gram of butter, there is a lot of milk in it, it tastes very much like a milk slice.

Recipe:

eggs -4pcs

sugar -200g

milk -300ml

sour cream -300ml

baking powder -1h.l

flour -350 -400g

cocoa powder -50g

vegetable oil -50 ml (optional)

For the cream:

whipping cream 33% -500g

icing sugar -3-4 tbsp

citric acid - optional

For glaze:

milk chocolate -100g

cream cheese-180g

cream -3 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

The first step is to prepare the dough for the cakes.
Take a bowl, break 4 eggs, add sugar. Beat with a mixer until command and mass increase in volume.

While the eggs and sugar are beaten, put 300 grams of sour cream in a bowl and pour in 300 ml of milk, mix, set aside.

Measure the flour into another bowl, add 10 grams of baking powder, 50 grams of cocoa powder and mix.

The eggs are beaten, now we continue to beat, but we are already doing the minimum speed, you can mix it by hand, now add flour with cocoa and baking powder.

Divide the resulting dough into 3 equal parts.

We take a standard baking sheet from the oven, cover it with baking paper, I have baking paper without oil, so I do not grease.
Distribute evenly, then put in a preheated oven.

Cut the cakes and divide into 2 equal parts, you should get 6 cakes.
Let's prepare the cream. Put 500 grams of whipping cream, 180 grams of cream cheese in the mixer bowl. We add powdered sugar 3 tbsp, l., I like cakes with a slight sourness, so I add a pinch of citric acid. Beat until thick.

We collect the cake. Coat the cakes with cream. Now we coat the sides and top of the cake. We make crumbs from the scraps using a blender. and sprinkle the sides of the cake. Let the cake soak for a couple of hours.
Now let's melt the chocolate.

Put in 100 grams of milk chocolate, pour in 3-4 tbsp. milk and melt in a water bath

Now pour melted chocolate on the top of the cake, let the chocolate get stronger and you can cut the cake into portioned pieces.
