Shrovetide again! Today I want to share a recipe for an unusual, but very tasty filling for pancakes. I love her very much at home, and there will certainly be those to whom she will seem very strange because of the combination of products. But believe me, it's very tasty and worth a try!
I always make pancakes according to the same recipe, as my mother taught me in school. If the filling for the pancakes is not sweet, then I literally add one teaspoon of sugar to the pancake dough.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 glass of milk
1 cup flour
a whisper of salt
4-5 tablespoons of butter, melted
1-3 teaspoons of sugar
1 glass of water
I knead the dough and be sure to let it stand for at least 10 minutes.
How I prepare the filling:
First, fry the onion in vegetable oil until tender, but do not bring it to a golden color. Next, I remove the onion from the pan and send the mushrooms to fry, I do not add oil. I always use champignons. I cook them first under the lid, salt and add pepper immediately. After the liquid has evaporated, add the onion and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Let the mushrooms cool and add the fresh diced tomato and grated cheese.
Next, it's up to the little, you need to wrap the filling in pancakes and go to bake at 180 degrees for literally 10-15 minutes. It is best served hot, but the next day (if left) they can be heated in the microwave and will also be delicious.
