There are still mountains of snow outside the window, but the bright blue sky and something in the air tell us that spring has come. And even if it is still only a calendar, but very soon we will free ourselves from heavy jackets and sad thoughts. In the meantime, I invite you and me to create a spring mood for ourselves. Personally, various salads help me in this matter. In this article, I have collected my most favorite recipes, I hope some will cheer you up too.

1. Cabbage salad

I create a spring mood for myself with the help of salads. Five of my favorite recipes (no links)

Very simple and light, bright and beautiful.

  • Ingredients: fresh cabbage 150 grams, 1 tomato, 3 boiled eggs, red onion, 3 tablespoons of canned corn, 80 grams of cheese, green onions for serving. I most often fill it with sour cream, but with mayonnaise it is also very tasty.

2. Green beans salad

I cook it most often for dinner.

  • Ingredients: boiled small chicken breast, red onion, 150 grams of boiled green beans, 1 can of canned corn, oil or mayonnaise for dressing.

3. San Lorenzo salad

I love him very much for the combination of chicken and prunes.

  • Ingredients: Baked chicken breast 1 pc, I2 chicken eggs, 1 medium cucumber, 40-60 grams of prunes, 40 grams of walnuts, lettuce. Mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing. I grind everything into cubes of the same size and refuel.

4. Croutons salad

  • Ingredients: 1 tomato, boiled chicken breast, cheese 100 grams, 2 eggs, Cut everything into equal cubes. Fry two slices of Borodino bread in a dry frying pan and grate with garlic, cut into cubes. I use mayonnaise as a dressing.

5. Beetroot and cheese salad (my favorite)

  • Ingredients: one baked beetroot, 2 tomatoes, red onion, Sirtaki cheese 100 grams, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the beets and tomatoes into pieces of the same size, break the cheese, cut the onion into strips. Season everything with olive oil and eat with pleasure.

There is another salad that I love in the fall, called "Peasant". Very light both in taste and "on the stomach".
