INGREDIENTS
Lavash - 1 piece (160g)
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 1-2st.l.
Sauce:
Sour cream - 150g
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Water - 300ml.
Salt - 1 / 3ch.l.
For the stuffing:
Minced - 500g.
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Salt - 1 / 2ch.l.
Egg - 1 pc.
HOW TO COOK
Prepare stuffing. pita bread cut in half. Lubricates pita stuffing, turn rolls. Cut into pieces a la carte. Fry the onions and carrots, put on top of rolls. Fill the sauce. (Cream, water and ketchup). Simmer 20 minutes.
