Cheese soup with meatballs and mushrooms. Fast, hearty, aromatic and delicious soup with a delicate creamy taste. It's very easy to prepare!
First, I form meatballs from minced meat. I have pork + chicken fillet. I salted the minced meat and added a little black pepper.
I send the meatballs to the pot. After 5 minutes, add chopped vegetables - potatoes, carrots and onions, a few peas of allspice and salt.
After 15-20 minutes I send the mushrooms to the pan. I don't cut very finely. I love when mushrooms are noticeable in a spoon. I cook for another 5 minutes.
At the end I add bay leaves and melted (!) Cheese. I buy exactly soft (in boxes). But you can take any, of course. If the cheese is dense, it is better to grate it so that it dissolves faster. I also add the chopped garlic clove.
I bring it to a boil. Then I turn off the heat and let the soup brew for 15 minutes. And you can serve. This is delicious!
