Why are we freezing? From poor circulation. In winter cold, blood vessels narrow (the body reacts to frost as to stress), and mint, expanding blood vessels, improves blood circulation and gives us such valuable warmth, that is, it warms us up in severe frost.
Mint can be eaten all year round as greens. She feels great on the windowsill too! In the fall, we transplant the mint along with the roots into a good land and it makes us happy all winter (or you can buy a bunch of mint, put it in a glass of water and it will take root, you can germinate from seeds, but longer).
From infusions of mint you can make aroma candles, take a "mint" bath, add to tea, make non-alcoholic mojito, make tooth powder... Peppermint essential oils are valuable!
Now we will make a chic (in our opinion) green cocktail out of mint, already glowing with the "phosphorus-chlorophyll" sun! (sun in a glass)
Ingredients:
1. Mint - bunch
2. Honey - 1 tbsp. spoon (without it)
3. Red peppercorns - 1 pea (without)
4. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
We take the mint, wash it well (you can use the leaves along with the stems), cut it into a blender container (the aroma is worth it!), add honey, pepper (if desired, enhance the warming effect of mint), add warm water (as much as possible blender).
Then beat until smooth at high speed for about a minute and the aromatic mint cocktail is ready. We drink such a cocktail in small sips when a desire arises (more often in the evening).
Have a great day, friends! Sincere warmth to all of us.
