Cooking method:
We prepare all the ingredients: boil rice 1:1 (400 grams of rice -400 grams of water), cool and mix with rice dressing. Cut cucumber, avocado and trout.
Put a sheet of nori on cling film, grease with ricotta (any curd cheese), spread rice, cucumber, lettuce, trout, avocado, rice and grease with curd cheese. Next, with wet hands, we collect it in an envelope and wrap it tightly in cling film, put it in the refrigerator (while we are making others).

At this stage, you can stop, but fried ones are much tastier, therefore: roll each roll in flour, then in batter flour + water and in breadcrumbs. Dip in hot oil for 1 minute. Cut and enjoy this yummy 😍.
