It turns out very tasty, with a great pleasure to eat both adults and children. And most importantly, it's something different on the menu every day. The method of preparation is very similar to a rice pilaf.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 500g.
Lukovitsa- 1pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
-4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
Vermicelli -400gr.
Water -450ml.
Salt -1ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste
Garlic - 2 the tooth.
Cooking method :
Chicken fillet we shall cut cubes, I fillet from the hips and breasts, the total weight of 500g. Grate carrots for Korean carrot, onion finely cut.
The kettle or pan pour vegetable oil, meat put close cover and extinguish before evaporation of the liquid on medium heat about 7 minutes. As the liquid evaporates meat salt, add half a teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste. Put the onion and carrot, fry all together over medium heat until tender vegetables it takes time for another 5-7 minutes. Add the dry noodles and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Adding 450 ml of hot water, put 2 crushed garlic cloves, half tsp salt. Black pepper and simmer, covered for 4-5 minutes simmer. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes to vermicelli reached readiness. Mix and serve in a Tolu.
