# new year Christmas festive hot. Today is January 8th. I'm tired of meat and kebabs, I want something else, a fur coat and Olivier where they are already sitting... ;-)
Ingredients: salmon steaks, onions, cheese, sour cream 15%, mayonnaise, garlic, shrimp, Fish spices
Cooking method:
Boil the shrimp.
Defrost the steaks, rinse, dry with a paper towel and brush with fish spices. You can salt it (I didn't salt it, because the mayonnaise is quite salty).
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic (squeeze through a garlic press), hereinafter I will call it "sauce".
Put the onion on the bottom of the baking dish.
Coat each steak with sauce on both sides and place on an onion pillow.
Put peeled shrimps on top.
Three cheese on a fine grater.
Add some of the cheese to the sauce and put this mixture on top of the salmon with shrimps.
I still have cheese, and I sprinkled it with cheese on top of this hat.
We leave this blank in a cold place (preferably under the film), until the happy moment of preparing for dinner. For half an hour, we preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
We put our steaks in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Salmon a la rus, no worse than in Paris ;-) Bon appetit!
