I don’t know about you, but for me Friday evening is already a day off, and sometimes I want to cook something “like”, quickly, tasty, but not usually. The Asian-style liver is just such an option. This liver can be served with any side dish, but rice noodles work best with it.
All proportions will be based on two people.
Boil the chicken liver for 15 minutes with the addition of salt. During this time, you can prepare all the other ingredients. I cut onions into quarters into rings, champignons into quarters, I didn't have large mushrooms, so I took 6 pieces.
I fry the onions on an above-medium heat, they need to be brought to readiness and fry until light golden brown. Then I put the onion on a plate and send the mushrooms to the pan, also fry until tender.
By this time, the liver is already ready, I cut it into large pieces of arbitrary shape and send it to the pan with mushrooms and onions.
I fry everything over high heat for about 1 minute, then add 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce and keep it under a closed lid for another minute. You can add as little green onions as I do, but this is optional.
That's all, literally 20 minutes and a delicious, but unusual dinner is ready. When serving, I sprinkle sesame seeds on the liver.
