Ingredients:
zucchini

First, let's start preparing the filling. Fry 400-500 gr of minced meat with one onion. Add salt and spices to taste.
For the filling, you can also take boiled chicken or smoked chicken and chop finely. Our "pasties" are not thin, they are fried quickly, so the filling must be ready-made - fried or cooked, otherwise nothing will be baked and will be raw.
Now let's prepare the squash dough. We need one medium zucchini, weighing about 300 - 400 grams. We grate it, add half of the onion head (grate or finely chop).
Now put salt to taste, spices (I have black ground pepper and a little chopped garlic), as well as 150 grams of sour cream, that's about 10 tablespoons, drive in 1-2 eggs. You can add greens if you like.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and flour. There should be enough flour to make the dough thicker than for pancakes, but not as thick as for pancakes. Something in between. It takes me about 1 glass of flour.
That's it, the dough is ready. We start to fry. Put the dough into a preheated pan with vegetable oil with a ladle or spoon and level it to make it look like a pancake.
Now put the filling on one edge of the pancake directly on the raw side. As soon as the pancake "grabs" from below, cover the filling with the free side to form a cheburek shape. Press the edges, and thus the filling will be inside.
Fry the resulting "pasties" over low heat on both sides. You can cover the pan with a lid for better browning. Ready-made "pasties" should be served hot, with some sauce. Delicious! Bon appetit, friends!
