For the salad, I overexposed tofu in soy sauce. Or maybe our sauce is salty, you need to dilute it with water. But 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce seems a bit too much for a salad. The salad itself is delicious, tomato and pepper give it juiciness.
Ingredients: Green beans (Green beans, fresh or frozen), Sweet peppers (preferably red and yellow (fresh or frozen)), Tomato (Fresh), Tofu (no additives), Garlic, Soy sauce, Sesame, Vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Cut the tofu into pieces of about 2-3 cm by 1-2 cm, pour over the soy sauce and leave to marinate. Boil the beans for 5 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips. Fry finely chopped garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown, remove the garlic from the oil. Fry tofu in garlic oil until golden brown. Take out - fold into a salad bowl.
Simmer the beans and peppers in the same oil for 2-3 minutes. Mix the beans, peppers, tofu, add the tomato sliced into strips and pour over the soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm!
