I love this salad not only because it is delicious, but also because it is prepared in a hurry, and all the ingredients are simple

Main Ingredients:

Carrot
Corn
Sausage
I add something else to the salad. I'll write in more detail below
There are no exact proportions, I put everything on the eye.

So, we need a Korean carrot, about 150 rubles. We add canned corn to it - it takes me half a large can or a whole small one. Next, put 100-150 grams of chopped smoked (semi-smoked) sausage.

These are the main ingredients of the salad. But I like to add a little more crumbled chips, or crackers - for a crunch. There is no need to add salt and spices, there are already enough of them in the ingredients.

Season the salad with mayonnaise and serve.

By the way, instead of corn, you can add canned red beans, it will also be delicious. And instead of sausage - smoked chicken, or just boiled breast. In general, the salad can be adapted to suit yourself and your taste.
