Today I want to share a recipe for cutlets in the oven. You do not need to stand near the stove, it is tasty (they are not inferior to fried in a pan in taste), juicy suitable for any side dish.

Recipe:
minced meat -800 g
bread -120g
water -200ml
onion -2 w
salt -1 tsp (incomplete)
black pepper - to taste
bread crumbs - for deboning
COOKING METHOD
Break a 120-gram loaf and fill it with water, let the bread swell. Cut the onion into cubes.
Put the minced meat in my bowl in a bowl, add the bread, squeeze it out a little.
Add the onion and mix. Now I pass the minced meat with onions and bread through a meat grinder, so the cutlets taste better to me. If you do not want to pass through the meat grinder again, then the onion and bread need to be pounded with a blender.
Now add some salt, add black pepper, mix and beat lightly.
We form cutlets. Roll in breadcrumbs. Grease a baking sheet with oil and put the cutlets. Cook at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Due to the fact that the cutlets are cooked at a low temperature, they are tender and juicy.
Grease hot cutlets with melted butter. Serve with any side dish, adding gravy and vegetable salad.
