If you have yesterday's mashed potatoes, give it a "second life" and make some delicious pancakes. The recipe is simple, inexpensive and requires little effort. In addition, the pancakes are very satisfying, so the whole family will be happy.

Ingredients:

Potatoes
Eggs
Cheese
Flour
Green onions
Salt
Vegetable oil

So, we need about 300g of mashed potatoes. It can be both fresh and yesterday's - there is not much difference. The only thing: if you take yesterday's puree, then heat it a little so that it becomes soft.

Add 100-150 grams of grated cheese to the potatoes. Beat in one egg and add some green onions. Instead, you can add fried onions - it will also be delicious.

Next, add flour. I put it on my eye, it turns out about 1/3 cup, or a little more. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix everything thoroughly, take a little potato mass and form a small ball with our hands. Then we roll it out a little to make a cake.

Well, now all that remains is to fry on both sides until golden brown. By the way, there should be a lot of oil in the pan during frying. That's all - the potato pancakes are ready and can be served with sour cream and any sauce. Bon appetit, dear friends!
