One of the best inexpensive dishes for a holiday table is a liver snack cake. It is delicious, everyone likes it and is popular with guests.
By the way, such a liver cake can also become a weekend dish for a family. Preparing this snack cake is not difficult. You can also use chicken liver for it, but I like it better with beef. It is advisable to cook the liver cake the night before so that it is well saturated overnight. This will make it much tastier.

Ingredients:
Liver pancakes
- beef liver - 500 g
- flour - 1 glass
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt to taste
Filling
- onions - 4 pcs.
- carrots - 4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- boiled eggs (for decoration) - 2 pcs.
- parsley - for decoration
Step by step recipe
1. First, prepare the liver pancake dough. My beef liver, remove the films from it and cut into pieces.
2. We also cut the onion into large pieces. Twist the chopped liver and onion in a meat grinder.
3. Add eggs to a bowl with twisted liver, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
4. Add flour to this mass. We mix everything.
5. We add milk, milk may need a little less, so do not pour out the milk all at once. Mix again. You should get a batter like pancakes.
Let the dough infuse for about 15-20 minutes, and in the meantime, prepare the filling.
6. Cut the onion into cubes. Three carrots on a coarse grater.
7. Put chopped onion in a hot frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil. Fry it until golden brown and add grated carrots to it. Fry everything until carrots are soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
8. Salt the cooled frying a little and squeeze 3 cloves of garlic through a press. We fill everything with two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
9. The dough is infused, now we fry the liver pancakes. Pour one ladle of dough into a preheated pan with a small amount of sunflower oil and distribute it evenly by tilting the pan.
Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. So we fry all the liver pancakes.
10. Put the first liver pancake on the dish and grease it with carrot filling on top. Cover with the second pancake. And so we fold the whole cake, alternating between carrot filling and liver pancakes.
11. Decorating the liver cake.
Grease the last pancake on top with mayonnaise.
Divide boiled eggs into yolk and white.
12. Separately, three white and yolk on a fine grater.
13. Sprinkle grated egg white on top of the cake, and yolk in the middle.
Decorate the cake with a sprig of parsley.
