Today prepare cake without flour. Those who are gluten-free diet is registered, it will be very handy. But everyone else, I am sure, too, will appreciate it. Prepared on the one-two-three. It turns out very tasty, and the super porous chocolate. Yet no one guessed that the structure is not quite regular.

In the bowl of eggs post 5. I add 180 g of sugar and beat for 5 minutes.

Instead, I will use flour starch. Tastes best obtained from corn, but, of course, also happens with potatoes. Precipitating it in the bowl (200 g), add 4 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder (10-12 g) and a pinch of salt.

I stirred dry ingredients and connect with whipped eggs. Once again, everything is mixed to homogenous.

Bake today will be in multivarka. Bowl of lubricating oil and spread the dough into it.

Bake for 50 minutes in a batch mode. Multivarki, of course, everyone is different, but usually this time is enough. The willingness, you can check with a wooden stick. Do not open multivarku at least the first half hour.

In the oven, of course, also possible to prepare a biscuit. Need a form of no more than 20 cm in diameter. The temperature of 180 ° C. adjust the baking time on your oven (as a wooden stick check). 30-35 minutes is usually sufficient.

I take out the bowl of Multivarki and give biscuit to cool completely. Here's how it turns out.
