Maybe someone of you want to lose weight and has repeatedly made attempts in this direction, but could not stand and broke on something tasty and went running all over again - hello buns, candy, chips, soda, and all that comes under hand.

And most likely, these failures occurred because I wanted to lose weight quickly on a super trendy diet: day buckwheat, kefir day... or even some sort of nonsense.

Do you know why you did not work? Because you about proper nutrition and caloric deficit did not know!)).

By the way, here is one of my daily retseptik.

I do not tire of repeating that to lose weight on proper nutrition - it's easy and delicious!

I used to think that if the PP, then - this is the eternal and boiled buckwheat kurogrud, but it turned out it is not so!

There are so many delicious recipes that you will fall on the soul and at the same time will have no effect on the sides.

On proper nutrition and a calorie deficit to lose weight and you can not get a bunch of sores stomach at the same time and not only. Plus a bonus - clear skin, strong nails, cellulite reduction!

For example, yesterday my menu was this:

  • sunny side up eggs of 3 eggs with a slice of wholemeal bread - 430 calories
  • snack on a banana - 86 calories
  • boiled buckwheat (100 gr) + chicken breast stewed vegetables (250g) - 325 kcal

Recipe for braised chicken breast will talk about below!

  • snack on soft cheese (120g) - 95 kcal
  • Cottage cheese casserole with cinnamon and apples (200g) - 300 calories
  • Green tea - whenever you want and of course the drinking water (2.5 liters).

And in the end I stacked in your kalorazh (taking into account the deficit) - not more than 1300 kcal.

Agree, well, we can not say that I am hungry with diet. And I certainly would not say that I was not tasty!

It seems to me that this menu is not only helping me to lose weight, but also helps to smoothly move toward the goal, and keeping my mind.

Recipe for braised chicken breast with vegetables:
600g skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces.
Drip pan on olive oil (you can without it), and add the chicken breast.
Finely chopped 3 medium tomatoes, and 2 small Bulgarian pepper.
Vegetables add to the chicken breast, lightly salt the pepper and add your favorite seasoning, and a teaspoon of tomato paste (for those who like more intense gravy).
At the end, add 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
