Today I am sharing a recipe for Sausages in a mug that can be fried. Delicious, juicy and aromatic. You can fry it, for example, with scrambled eggs for breakfast, which I most often like to do with it, it is just made for frying. And you can even give it to children. Well, it just couldn't be easier to prepare.

Recipe:

Chicken fillet from the thighs -500g.

Milk -400 ml.

Garlic -2-6tooth

Egg -1pc.

Starch -2 tbsp (with a slide)

Salt -1 tsp

Black pepper - to taste

Sweet paprika -1 / 3 tsp

Nutmeg -1 / 3 tsp

COOKING METHOD

For cooking, we take chicken, I take fillet from the chicken thighs, you can take the breast. You can take a turkey. Put 2-3 cloves of garlic in a blender and turn into minced meat.

Now we break 1 egg, add an incomplete tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. with potato starch and spices. I add black pepper, sweet paprika and nutmeg.

We punch again with a blender. Now pour in 400 ml of milk and punch it again with a blender, our task is to turn it into a homogeneous mass. I recommend using a powerful blender.

Now we take 250 ml mugs from me. We lubricate them with vegetable oil and lay out the prepared minced meat. We tighten with cling film. We take a saucepan, cover the bottom with a piece of cloth. We put mugs, pour water, so that the mugs are almost all in the water.

Put on fire and cook over low heat, covered for 30-35 minutes. 30 minutes passed, the sausage was cooked. We take out the mugs from the water and you can already serve them hot or let them cool in the refrigerator. And now we cut into portions.

You can fry scrambled eggs with sausage, for example, which I usually do with scrambled eggs is simply delicious. I fry the sausage slices on both sides until golden brown, then remove and fry the eggs so that the yolk remains liquid.

You can break the eggs directly to the sausage. Tasty and fast, just what I love.
