Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment56kg.

You know, I've noticed on its own, which does not wait for their check weighing, which are held on Fridays. Recently, I weigh only to give you a report.

In fact, not so important to me weight, although it is not a little now - 76.3 kg for the last weighing. But with the growth - 172 cm I had a normal body mass index (BMI).

1300 kcal for me now so comfortable that I did not feel like losing weight and weight gradually takes on the machine. And soon I no longer need.

You often ask about how to what weight I want to lose weight. And I can not answer that question because I do not know. There are extra weight and we should get rid of them and I know that they will go with the times. End my weight will be that which I myself would feel at 100%.

When I moved to a proper diet and a calorie deficit, we immediately knew from experience that if you want to hold out for the whole day on their feet and do not constantly think about food, you should eat breakfast. And not just tea with a piece of something, and tightly breakfast.

I often breakfast - one of the most high-calorie meals.

And today I have a rich breakfast.

For breakfast eggs of two egg amaranth bread (10 g), pink salmon salted (60 g) and curd cakes with quince (I weighed 135 g, eventually ate only one - 70 g, overestimated their strength).

I have breakfast at 410 kcal.

Cake eaten at work, later breakfast with green tea.

The work was undershot. Again I started the whirlwind, and I no longer have time to all. But why I have ceased, as have time, but not as relaxed as the last two weeks.

At the snack I have 200 grams of mango - 135 kcal.

For lunch I had a chicken soup (350 g), to which I added the boiled pasta from durum wheat (50 g) and meat chicken drumstick (50 g). Well, when there is a soup brewed yesterday, just warmed and eat.

I get dinner on 270 kcal.

With such a small caloric meal I can well afford Percus curd cupcakes with Ava (130 g), and green tea.

snack on 185 kcal.

At dinner - salmon, baked in an oven under melted cheese (150 g as a finished product) and some vegetables (total 120 g).

It turned out to dinner 255 kcal.

For the whole day I came in 1255 kcal.

The day 2 liters of water to drink. And green tea - a constant companion of mine, when I'm working at the computer, I can not live without him. I'm not even realize as early as drinking black tea and even sugar.

And in our yard is already dressed Christmas tree! Directly in front of our windows, it is worth the beauty, all the lights - the beauty!
The kids from her not depart - that joy, yes, and not only for children.
This is our first New Year's in the apartment at the new location. I do not even think that there are so ready to party.
