So that there are no unnecessary questions, I will immediately say that I have been losing weight as long as I can remember. The feeling that I was in constant stress from diets. Hungry, angry, and everyone around is eating and eating, and even your favorite sweets. And you sit over a plate of cabbage and think, do you need all this, when itβs delicious, a ruddy pie is lying and looking at you. Well, how can you not break loose and join everyone? It was so? I think everyone who is constantly on diets had it.
So it would be unsuccessful and lose weight forever. But I managed to put my head in place and understand that it is necessary to change the diet dramatically, otherwise the growing excess weight will not lead to anything good.
And then, through a long study of information on losing weight, I came to counting calories. And it opened my eyes to what I ate before. What high-calorie foods and meals were in my diet.
You can often hear from overweight people that they eat little. Perhaps they really think so and visually eat little. But if you go deeper and look at KBZhU products and dishes that are not eaten, then it immediately becomes clear what is the reason for the excess weight.
Now I will give an example that will turn all lard lovers against me. But it is indicative.
Just a couple of thin pieces of bacon will bring you 325 kcal! Are you full? Of course not. And to the bacon there is also bread, how can it be without it?
This does not mean that lard cannot be eaten.
This means that you need to understand: a little does not mean not high in calories.
We recover from an excess of calories from food.
It was nutritional control by counting CBFU that helped me lose weight and help maintain weight. At the same time, I did not have any breakdowns, I am comfortable and not hungry, and I allow myself my favorite sweets - the main thing is to write them into the daytime KBZhU.
As an example of a menu on the calculation of KBZHU, I will tell you about my menu for the day. And a little about how I spent Sunday afternoon.
For breakfast, I dried bread (70 g), spread it with curd cheese (30 g) and put chicken pastroma (80 g) on ββthe curd cheese.
I washed it down with green tea with jasmine. Breakfast for 315 kcal
One of the fastest, most delicious and hearty breakfasts is sandwiches. And the most important thing is always a variety of tastes. Highlights for losing weight - it is advisable to use whole grain bread. Whole grain bread is a complex carbohydrate that we absolutely need.
After breakfast, everything said that we would rest on Sunday. Saturday afternoon and so spent all traveling around Moscow and shopping.
But the New Year mood haunts us. Yesterday we saw Christmas trees in stores. But they are too expensive, those that are really more or less cute. And I want a Christmas tree. All the more so now, when we live in our own apartment, and do not wander around the rented ones. You can already get hold of your New Year's tree.
And today we saw a beautiful Christmas tree on TV and the conversation started again that it would be nice to put up a Christmas tree.
And somehow at the same time everyone got the idea to look at prices in online stores.
And of course, I found a cute Christmas tree at a great price in my favorite online store. We decided - we need to order.
And then another problem arose. The tree needs to be decorated! And as you understand, we have nothing to decorate it with. We got together and went shopping for New Year's decorations, and when else, if not on a weekend?
We started with the cheapest stores. We visited all the Fix Prices nearest to us. And what do you think? When we didn't need anything, it was full of New Year's decorations. Now - almost empty shelves! They took everything apart! All the same, people are waiting for the holiday, bringing it closer as they can, creating a festive mood for themselves. We also drove through Ashany - we didn't buy anything. And we stopped at two Tapes, and at the Globe.
We ended up buying jewelry. We tried so far to be cheaper, just to decorate the Christmas tree. But we decided that we would gradually buy beautiful decorations for the Christmas tree, collecting our collection.
In the meantime, we bought such New Year's decorations:

While we rolled through all the shops, lunch time had already passed. On the way back we bought a shawarma near our residential complex. We decided to try it, the residents of the house were praising it very much.
I wrote down on shawarma 500 kcal.
True, I had to throw out half of the shawarma. Because I forgot to ask what kind of cabbage is added to the shawarma, although as it turned out, my husband was shouting to me in pursuit, so that I would not forget to ask about cabbage. But jumping out of the car and flying into the cafe, I no longer heard anything.
And here they add ordinary white cabbage to shawarma, which I can't. Why not? I've already told you. All this thanks to would-be nutritionists - now it is white cabbage that is not perceived by my stomach.
And the shawarma turned out to be so-so. Even mine said that the shawarma that I cook is 100 times tastier! So that's it! PP shawarma tastes better! π
And in the evening we ate what was planned for lunch, but due to a sudden desire to go to buy New Year's decorations for the tree, we moved to dinner.
Dinner - 120 g of boiled potatoes, 100 g of cold smoked mackerel and 150 g of cucumber. Dinner for 290 kcal.
During the day, there was still dried mango (40 g) with tea and cashew nuts (30 g) - 320 kcal.
The result of the day: K - 1425, B - 77, F - 61, U - 129.
I observe the drinking regime - 30 ml of water per 1 kilogram of weight.
Do not forget that 80% of success in losing weight is a change in diet.
