I recently came across a bombichesky salad with a beautiful name "Velvet". However, not only the name of a beautiful salad looks very attractive, appetizing, and want to eat it! Believe me, this will be your favorite for all holidays !!!

Preparation:

First of all, prepare the ingredients: we need to cook a couple of medium-sized carrots and potatoes - 3 medium-sized tuber. Also cook boiled three eggs. When the vegetables and eggs will be cooked and cooled, you can begin to prepare the "Velvet".

Put the salad layers. First layer - grated potatoes. It is better to rub on a coarse grater, a potato that is not turned into "mush." Next come the chopped crab sticks. Suffice it to 200-250gramm. Oil the top with mayonnaise.

Now, the next layer - it's chopped eggs. Next we put carrots (also rub on a coarse grater) and then add the mayonnaise.

And finally the next layer - is shredded cheese, about 150 c. Cheese can grate and mix with the crushed garlic clove. But garlic - an optional part of this salad, so put, if you like sharp little.

Well, as well as Jelen, you can add an extra layer - is green, or rather crushed dill. Salad ready! Let it soak in the refrigerator for about an hour and serve guests! Bon Appetit!
