Today I am sharing a recipe for Cutlets on a potato pillow. What else could be tastier than cutlets and potatoes for a side dish. I'm sure I'm not alone. And the potatoes cooked in this way are saturated with the aroma of cutlets and become even tastier. Getting ready is very easy to see for yourself.

Recipe:
Minced meat -1 kg.
Bulb -1-2pcs.
Salt -1 tsp
Black pepper - to taste
Bread -3-4 slices (100gr)
Milk -150ml.
Egg -1pc.
Potatoes - 4-5pcs
COOKING METHOD
First, let's cook cutlets, you can use your favorite cutlet recipe. I suggest so. Pour 150 ml of bread slices weighing 100 grams with milk and leave to swell. Now grind the swollen bread with a blender, I don't strain the milk and 1 large onion.
Put 1 kg minced meat in a bowl, break 1 egg, add onion with bread, 1 tsp salt, black pepper to taste. Mix everything and beat off the minced meat. With wet hands we form cutlets, from this amount I get 16 cutlets weighing 80 grams.
We take a frying pan, put on fire, pour a little oil, heat and fry the cutlets over high heat on both sides until golden brown. 1 minute on each side. Our goal is not to cook, but to seal and give a beautiful appetizing color. Peel raw potatoes about 5 pcs.
Cut into slices. We take the pan, I take the wok pan. We put the prepared potatoes. I sometimes pour oil on the bottom and brown the potatoes until golden brown. Put cutlets on top. Pour in 150 ml of water. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
During this time, the potatoes will cook, saturate the aroma and taste of the cutlets and even brown a little from the bottom.
We serve ready cutlets with vegetable salad, I like to serve with kefir or homemade yogurt.
