"Curd ice cream" cake in a pan, melting in your mouth!
Delightfully delicious and delicate cake: soft curd cakes soaked in a delicate cream that tastes like ice cream sundae. A cake is being prepared without baking in a pan.
Ingredients:
Cream:
- 2 eggs
- 160 g sugar
- 1 p. (8 grams) vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp with a little top of starch
- 200 ml milk
- 300 gr sour cream 20% fat
- 70 gr butter
Cakes:
- 180 gr of cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of sugar
- 250 gr flour
- 1 tsp no top soda

Unusually tasty, delicate and airy cupcake for tea with light lemon sourness. A simple and quick recipe, and the result is simply wonderful! The cottage cheese is not felt at all, but thanks to it the cake turns out to be very tender even with a very small amount of oil. It is great to serve the cake together with milk caramel (no cream). Ingredients:
- 200 gr flour
- 1 tsp with soda top
- 250 gr cottage cheese
- 180 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 30 g butter
- juice and zest of 1 lemon (lemon 150-180 gr)
No-bake cottage cheese cake with chocolate
Ingredients for a 22 cm diameter mold:
Sand crumb:
- 250-300 gr of croutons or biscuits
- 100 gr walnuts
- 70 gr butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar (if necessary)
- zest of half a lemon (optional)
Cream:
- 10 g gelatin + 60 ml milk
- 450-500 gr of cottage cheese (2.5 packs)
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 200 ml natural yoghurt
- 1 packet (8g) vanilla sugar
- 100 grams of chocolate (as much as possible)
