I take a can of canned peas and pour the liquid into a separate bowl. You don't have to. I did it in order to give you the exact weight of the products and to tell you how much flour goes into a certain amount of liquid.

Making pancake dough

I break a chicken egg into the liquid, salt to taste and mix slightly with a fork.

Then I add the peas, mix again.

Advice: I recommend choosing peas from the brain varieties. Then the pancakes will be especially tasty and juicy. Do not use peas that are made from dry raw materials.

I add flour in parts. The dough should be fairly thick.

In a frying pan preheated with butter, I cook pancakes over low heat until golden brown on each side. I spread out about 1 tablespoon of dough.
