So, for this salad, first of all, you need boiled chicken meat. As a rule, I prepare such salads when I cook chicken for soup, and I take some of the meat into the salad. This time I use a poultry thigh, cut into small cubes.

Then two medium-sized tomatoes and one bell pepper, cut into cubes in the same way. If the pepper is yellow, then the salad will look even more fun and brighter.

I can't imagine salads with fresh vegetables without fresh onions, and this option is no exception. I cut one red onion into strips, not pickle.

Further, beans, you can take canned in their own juice, or, like me, boiled. I prefer white beans. And, of course, herbs such as parsley. I dress the salad with olive oil, be sure to salt and pepper.

Ingredients: boiled chicken meat 200 grams, white beans 150 grams, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 1 red onion, salt, pepper oil for dressing.
